Program Overview

In addition to significantly reducing your energy bills (in some cases, as much as 50%)NJ is offering you, the customer additional incentives to upgrade your home. You may choose between a rebate or special financing available from Energy Finance Solutions. Financing is provided on an unsecured basis (it is not tied to the equity of your home).

Tier 1

Install measures (min $2,500 worth of improvements)that provide less than a 25% Energy Savings.  Receive up to $1,000 in pre-paid air-sealing in addition to the rebate.

10% Cash rebate up to $2,000

Tier 2

Install measures(min $2,500 worth of improvements.)that reduce your heating usage by 25% or more. requirements.  Receive up to $1,000 in pre-paid air-sealing in addition to the rebate.

3.99%

50% Cash rebate up to $10,000
